Design for electrical engineering, and instrumentation, control and automation

We examine technological processes and create algorithms for industrial installations. We cooperate with design offices and technology companies. We create functional designs of control and protection automation, P&I technology projects, electrical cabinets, assembly projects and hook-ups.

We monitor compliance and grant certification of ESD security systems with notified authorities.

In our work, we use ePLAN, WSCAD, AutoCAD and KOMOS.

Prefabrication and assembly

We have our own assembly and prefabrication facilities as well as our own team of qualified electrical engineers.

We incorporate prefabrication of electric and system cabinets, and junction boxes. We use our own electrical designs or external designs with the supervision of a design engineer.
We perform laboratory tests and FAT test procedures.

We carry out on-site assemblies for automation systems, electrical installations and ICA. We conduct assembly works in an explosive environment.

Start-ups and optimisation

We conduct start-ups of system-based and on-site automation and electrical installations. We coordinate commissioning works with other industries and carry out acceptance testing procedures.

We optimise the control systems to achieve optimum operating parameters of the installation.

We manage acceptance tests of automation and measurement systems in cooperation with relevant certifying authorities: CLDT (Central Laboratory of Technical Inspection) UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) and WIOŚ (Provincial Environmental Protection Inspectorate).

Design and investment services

Our projects are conducted and supervised by experienced Project Managers.

We also provide advisory services and investment supervision.
