PERSONAL DATA
- The processing of Users' personal data by the Service Provider related to contact via the provided company e-mail address: sekretariat@controltec.pl will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this respect, in particular in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016.
- The administrator of Users' personal data is ControlTec Sp. z o.o..
- The Service Provider will process Users' personal data solely for the purpose of developing and preparing an offer - in response to an inquiry.
- Each User has the right to view their personal data, as well as the right to correct it and request its removal. For this purpose, please contact the Service Provider by letter at the contact address or send an e-mail to the address: sekretariat@controltec.pl
COOKIES Policy
- The website does not automatically collect any information, except information contained in cookies.
- Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.
- The entity that places cookies on the end device of the Service User and obtains access to them is the operator of this Service
ControlTec Sp. z o.o.. - Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- adapting the content of the Service's web pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the web pages; in particular, these files enable the Service User's device to be recognized and the web page to be properly displayed, tailored to their individual needs;
- creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use websites, which enables improving their structure and content;
- The Service uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies". "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (internet browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
- The following types of cookies are used within the Service:
- "essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website;
- cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication within the Service;
- "wydajnościowe" pliki cookies, umożliwiające zbieranie informacji o sposobie korzystania ze stron internetowych Serwisu;
- "functional" cookies, which enable "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalising the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;
- "advertising" cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to Users that is more tailored to their interests.
- In many cases, the software used to browse websites (internet browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Users of the Service may change the settings for cookies at any time. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the internet browser or to inform about each time they are placed on the User's device. Information on how to change cookie settings in the most popular internet browsers can be found later in this document. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (internet browser) settings and in the help files available in the browser menu.
- The Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service's websites.

Cookies in Adobe Flash Player
Adobe Flash Player software is used to provide the User with access to multimedia data (mp3 podcasts, videos, other data), streaming ("live" broadcasts), programs such as online games (which can be played in a web browser), and to provide the User with advertising. Adobe Flash Player software also uses cookies. INFORMATION CLAUSE
In accordance with Article 13
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
we inform you that:
- The administrator of your personal data is ControlTec Sp. z o.o., e-mail: sekretariat@controltec.pl
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- preparation of the offer, execution of the order, execution of concluded agreements, conclusion and execution and continuation of agreements for the purchase/sale of goods and services,
- performance of the legal obligations incumbent on the administrator (in particular: issuing and storing invoices/sales documents and other accounting documents, consideration of complaints),
- in order to survey customer satisfaction, which is the implementation of the legally justified interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services,
- establishing, defending and pursuing claims,
- creating reports, analyses and statistics (for the internal needs of the administrator),
- verification of payment credibility,
- support of service,
- The Administrator processes personal data on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b, f of the Regulation.
- The recipients of your personal data may be/will be: Poczta Polska, courier/transport companies, companies providing IT support for the administrator, legal services.
- Your personal data will be stored for an adequate period and no longer than the periods required by applicable laws in specific areas of personal data processing.
- You have the right to: request access to your personal data from the administrator; rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data; object to the processing, transfer of data or withdraw consent at any time.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing personal data is a statutory condition for concluding a contract and is voluntary, however, failure to provide data to the extent required by the administrator may result in non-performance of the contract.
- Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making (profiling).
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
Fulfillment of the information obligation referred to in Article 13 of the GDPR:
- The administrator of personal data is ControlTec Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Rakietowa 33 in Wrocław.

- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the activities performed by the Data Administrator during its operation.
- Personal data may be made available to another Data Administrator if there is a legal basis for this.
- Each data subject may request access to their data and its correction, submit a written request to stop processing, limit processing or object to their processing, in accordance with the provisions contained in Chapter III of the GDPR.
- Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
- Each data subject may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
