COMPLEX AUTOMATION FOR INDUSTRY
Operating in the chemical, petrochemical and refining industries, we implement multi-industry projects in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) formula in the process installations. We also design from the ground up, modernize and optimize the existing automation and electrical systems, and implement technological process control and production management systems.
We perform analyses of technological processes and create functional algorithms for industrial installations. We cooperate with design and technology companies. We create functional designs for control and safety automation, P&I technological designs, electrical cabinets designs, assembly and “Hook-up” designs. We coordinate and certify ESD safety systems with notified bodies. In our work we use ePLAN, WSCAD, AutoCAD and KOMOS tools.
We carry out commissioning of automation and electrical systems, both from the system and facility side. We coordinate start-up works with other industries and run acceptance procedures. We optimize control systems to achieve optimal operating parameters of the technological installation. We manage acceptance tests of automation and measurement systems with the relevant notifying bodies (CLDT, UDT, WIOŚ).
The projects we implement are carried out and supervised by experienced project managers. We also provide consultancy and investment supervision services.
We have our own assembly and prefabrication facilities, as also our own team of qualified electrical installers. We prefabricate electrical and system cabinets and junction boxes. We carry out prefabrication based on our own electrical designs or third-party designs (in such a case we ensure supervision of a design engineer). We perform laboratory tests and follow FAT test procedures. We perform on-site assembly of automation and electrical systems as also of the control and measurement equipment. We carry out assembly works in potentially explosive environments.
